I've been doing the C&G Technique for one year now and wanted to share my story.  I have relaxed 3c/4a type hair and it is 23 1/2" from hairline to ends. My goal is waist length, which is ~ 29".  When I started, I wore braids for 3 months but got tired of the style.  So now I use most of your other techniques. I like the shampooing and vitamins.  The shampooing technique was the best thing for my hair.
