Are You Prepared For Longer Hair?

Growing your hair longer will make a definite change in the way that you see and handle your hair from now on. Afro-textured hair demands loving care in order for it to grow great lengths. When you decide to care for your hair, you would have to set an appointment with yourself to do your hair. Rushing to get the job done will only lead to damaged hair that needs to be cut all over again. (Photo courtesy Dylan Tauber).

Time set aside

Sometimes setting side time will mean a day or 2, a weekday or weekend to get your newly growing hair situated. Everyone's hair that I've encountered (afro-textured) has grown long. They didn't realize that their hair could get as long as it did. I found that the hair that's the thinnest and most dense is the hair that grew the fastest in braids (plaits). I believe and have seen all textures of Afro hair grow. The only hindrance that could stop your hair growth is if you do not have live hair follicles.
